At Happie®, we’re committed to delivering your favorite beverages as quickly and safely as possible! We offer nationwide shipping for our Fungi Fusion functional mushroom drinks, and compliant shipping of our Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC Beverages to select states, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Fungi Fusion Functional Mushroom Beverages
Shipping: Available to all 50 U.S. states.
Restrictions: None! Fungi Fusion drinks contain no hemp or THC and are legal for shipment everywhere in the United States.
Delivery: Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply.

Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC Beverages
We proudly ship our premium, hemp-derived Delta-9 THC beverages to select states where these products are legal. We continually monitor regulations and update our shipping list as needed.

States We Do NOT Ship To
We do NOT ship Delta-9 THC beverages to the following states (including, but not limited to):
- Alaska
- California
- Colorado
- Hawaii
If you place an order for Delta-9 THC beverages from a restricted state, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Age & ID Verification
21+ Only: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase and receive Delta-9 THC beverages.
Signature Required: All shipments require an adult signature and government-issued ID at delivery.

Order Cancellations & Returns
Delta-9 THC Beverages: Due to regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns on THC products. Please double-check your shipping address and state eligibility before placing your order.
Fungi Fusion Drinks: Returns are accepted on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. See our [Return Policy] for details.

Shipping Times & Tracking
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
